I've been seeing the previews for the Martha Stewart daily program's episode wherein Mandy Moore and Martha embellish lockets with fingernail polish and appliques. I've been watching every day, hoping I'd catch it, but I didn't find out until today that it was a locket they were embellishing. So, I looked it up online, and I want to make something like this.
I know that I probably won't be able to get ahold of any lockets like these, but I'd like to do something with fingernail polish; it's a bit like an easy enameling project!
