Tomato and cream cheese? Count me in.

I found a recipe for tomato and cream cheese sandwiches on
VegWeb, but they turned out a bit soggy. I changed the recipe, made it crispier, and lowered the fat.

Tomato and Cream Cheese Sandwiches

Spread 1 oz. cream cheese (lowfat is ok) on two slices of crusty bread. Place thin slices of really good tomato on the bread. Season tomato with a pinch of seasalt, garlic powder, and dried basil. Grill the sandwich with a panini grill, or small indoor grill. Then eat, and enjoy.
